Nothing kicks off a November weekend quite like 60 minutes of Sunrise Yoga. 
Join us on Saturday at 8 AM for an invigorating Sunrise Yoga session at Vella Yoga. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this all-levels flow class is perfect for you. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the poses, and modifications will be provided as needed. We hope to see you there!

Whether you haven't been to class in two weeks, two months, or two years, we always have a spot for you at Vella.

🧘‍♀️ 8 AM Gentle Yoga - This class focuses on slow movement with longer holds, improving flexibility and reducing stress. Appropriate for all levels.
🧘 9:15 AM Strength Training - If you haven't attended one of these classes, it's a must! Perfect for all ages & levels of ability, this is a low-impact class that focuses on using bands and body weight to wake up and activate your muscles. 
🧘‍♂️ 6 PM Align & Flow - Fast-paced, 60-min flow with modifications provided for more advanced poses. This is a great class to build strength and deepen your yoga practice.

If you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating way to achieve this, we invite you to join us for our weekly Slow Flow Yoga. Happening every Tuesday at 7 PM, this is an alignment-based yoga class that focuses on deep stretches and is appropriate for all levels of yogis. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and accomplished. 
Sign up for the class on our website or send us a message to reserve your spot. Otherwise, drop-ins are always welcome, we just encourage you to arrive at class 10 mins early to grab a spot.
