Join Stephanie & Jodi on a retreat close to home in the beautiful surroundings of The Galena Territory. The retreat will be held at her beautiful Galena home, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Galena with a nurturing and supportive environment for deepening practice and connection.

 

• During the retreat, we’ll focus on connecting with nature, connecting with ourselves and each other. Of course, we’ll deepen your yoga and meditation practice and depending on the retreat, we may also learn some Ayurvedic lifestyle tips and practice recommendations to align harmoniously with the season, so your health and well-being may flourish.
• For the summer & fall retreats, each afternoon there will be free time to hike, kayak, walk the trails, sit on benches overlooking the lake, read, schedule a spa treatment at the Eagle Ridge Spa, go shopping in downtown Galena, or whatever else feels relaxing and restorative for you!
• In the winter months, we will focus on hygge – cozying in, getting warm and comfortable, which promotes a feeling of contentment and well-being.
• There is a real sense of community at these retreats, and it’s a wonderful and welcoming environment for those who are new to retreats and/or yoga and meditation.
