Of course, we’ll deepen your yoga and meditation practice and depending on the retreat, we may also learn some Ayurvedic lifestyle tips and practice recommendations to align harmoniously with the season, so your health and well-being may flourish.
**In the winter months, we will focus on hygge – cozying in, getting warm and comfortable, which promotes a feeling of contentment and well-being.
