Our next beginner yoga series kicks off in two weeks. This series consists of three 60-minute classes happening Mondays at 5:45 PM Feb 19, 26, & March 4th. 
This class teaches the basic poses of yoga so you can gain the confidence to attend any regular yoga class. It's also a good refresher if you want a reminder of good form, which is so important in yoga.
